We are your traditional boatyard located in Superior, WI at the old Northern Pacific ore dock, a unique and beautiful site.
We offer lower priced dockage and storage, lifting services, and a small Ship’s Store (new and used parts/items) in a “rustic” setting. All storage and dockage is LOA*.

SUMMER
DOCKAGE (2024) $44/ft LOA* Seasonal Rate (no utilities)
Transient dockage if available (no utilities) $40/day or $250/week
Summer Dry Storage Seasonal Rate $16/ft LOA (no utilities) We are next to the City launch; store your boat and launch whenever you like! Season launch passes available from the City of Superior. https://www.ci.superior.wi.us/216/Boat-Launches
Summer trailer/cradle/stand storage $6.50/ft/season – FREE for dock customers
WINTER
WINTER STORAGE PACKAGE -Lift Out/Launch/Pressure Wash, stow & set blocking/stands, & winter storage – total cost $32/ft LOA*.
Winter Storage ONLY Seasonal Rate $22/ft LOA* (no utilities)
Boat Stand Rental available at $35/each for the season.
If winter storing over a 2nd season (at $22/ft/season) without launch in between, one way haul charges will apply for future launch

INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR DOCKAGE & STORAGE.
*LOA = LENGTH OVER ALL – (NOT the boat model#) the full length of the boat/rig will be measured by Loon’s Foot Marine.
